How it works…
So, the short & sweet version is, you choose the items you’d like created into a special keepsake, send them to me & I work my magic! Every single order I pour my heart & soul into, your sentimental items are in safe hands… I promise 🤍
STEP 1 • Fill out a contact form, to discuss which keepsake/s you’d like. Please add as much detail as possible… which keepsake/s you’d be interested in, what type of items you will be using (Babies, Adults, Blankets etc.) and any other special requests you may have. This will help speed up the ordering process. If you would like a little inspiration or guidance, as you’re not too sure what you’d like this is also fine just ask away, a keepsake is such a sentimental item & I want to make it perfect for you!
STEP 2 • Once your order has been chosen, a £20 non refundable deposit is required via bank transfer. This will secure your week slot (please note this is the week the keepsake/s will be started, I will always keep you updated on how long your order will take depending on size of order)
STEP 3 • Items are then dropped to me in Kent (or posted) Please note, when posting your items to me, these remain the customers responsibility until they reach my hands, I cannot be held responsible for lost packages (which thankfully, has yet to happen *touch wood*)
STEP 4 • Once Keepsakes are finished, final payment is required && then items can be collected / posted back to you.
I always stay in touch throughout the whole process… timescales are always changing, depending on how many orders I have at that time. Please always let me know if the keepsake/s are required for a certain date & I will do my best to accommodate this.
